Refund policy

Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or

EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer exchanges of product only if the returned product is not damaged and returned in the original condition. 

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WHEN YOU ORDER COLORED WIGS, it may not be 100% spot on the color you orders but will be close as possible, as we use multiple vendors to fulfill orders, some hair light higher or lower than others 

In these rare events, Once your package is delivered to you, you have 24 hours to reach out to us via email or text voicing your complaints, once we've received your complaint and it's been acknowledged you have another 24 hours from that day to send it back to us to the shipping/return address on your package and this must be proven with a tracking number.
